About Holly
Acupuncturist, Ordained Buddhist, and Advocate for Holistic Healing.
Hi, I’m Holly. I help people feel better in their bodies, minds, and day-to-day lives through grounded, personalised acupuncture rooted in the wisdom of East Asian medicine.
Clinical Expertise & Qualifications
I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Acupuncture (BSc) and am a full member of the British Acupuncture Council (MBAcC). I am fully insured and registered with Nottingham City Council, ensuring you are always in safe, professional hands.
Specialised Training
Beyond my degree, I have completed postgraduate training in:
-
Musculoskeletal Acupuncture (Pain relief)
-
Advanced Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture
-
Advanced TCM Diagnosis Techniques
-
Diagnostic Skills & Applied Channel Theory (Continuing study with Jason Robertson).
I treat a wide variety of conditions, with a particular focus on pain management, stress, and gastrointestinal health.
A Life of Practice
I live what I offer. As an ordained Buddhist with over 14 years of meditation experience, my personal practice involves daily meditation, yoga, and Qi Gong. I also teach at the Nottingham Buddhist Centre, bringing a sense of presence and connection into every clinic session.
Chinese medicine is ancient, profound, and deeply human. If you're looking for a more balanced approach to health—I’d love to support you.
My Approach
Personalised, grounded care tailored to your unique needs.
I genuinely care about every person I treat. You’re never just a symptom or a condition to me—I take the time to really understand what’s going on for you, ensuring your treatment is deeply personal and grounded in what you need most.
Integrating Mind and Body
Alongside acupuncture, I can incorporate tools from Qigong, yoga, meditation, and Buddhist teachings—but only if they feel right for you. Everything I offer is provided with care, and nothing is ever one-size-fits-all.
A Peaceful Space in Hockley
You’ll find me in my peaceful clinic in the heart of the Lace Market, Nottingham. It's a calming space designed for healing, and easily accessible by bus, tram, and car.
